Refund, Returns policy and Warranty

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers must contact us within 2 days if they receive a defective or damaged product at cs@hachishears.com.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at cs@hachishears.com.


Warranty
All Hachi Shears include a lifetime warranty. However, the warranty will be voided if the shears are dropped or if they are resharpened by anyone other than Hachi Shears. Add-on shears are not covered under the lifetime warranty.
