"The shears are great even tho they are the wrong size I thought I ordered a 5. 5 and got a 6. 5 which are huge and tried to get it rectified. I had also ordered 2 pair beginning of July and the second pair was not included. Been dealing with Hachi about this. Said they’d mail me out the second pair as soon as they got 5. 5’s in but haven’t seen anything. I asked if I could exchange the 6. 5 but was never given a clear answer on that so I am now using them very slowly since they re so long … but they are great shears and love the skull design so up my ally"
